These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LaVRane website, including your purchase of clothing, jewelry, accessories and other products offered through our online store.

LaVRane may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools, digital enhancements, creative editing techniques, or computer-generated imagery to create or improve certain photographs, videos, graphics, marketing materials, lifestyle images, and visual content displayed on our website, advertisements, social media channels, and other promotional materials.

Some images may be artistically enhanced or generated for illustrative, inspirational, or presentation purposes.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that our visual content accurately represents our products, minor differences may occur between website images and the actual product, including but not limited to:

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the LaVRane website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other applicable fees will be displayed during checkout where required.

LaVRane reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline transactions where a payment cannot be properly authorized or where fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.

9. Shipping and Delivery

LaVRane will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes communicated at checkout or on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including:

Holidays (Sunday is considered a holiday)
Transportation disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Once an order has been handed over to the applicable delivery carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery processes.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Jewelry is generally not eligible for regular returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, size or fit.

If jewelry arrives damaged, customers must follow the damage-claim procedure outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy, including the required package-opening video evidence where applicable.
